This is a New Jersey Zinc NJZ Zippo Pocket Knife Safety Award With Box
It is approx. 2" across. It looks like it was not used.
The box has some scratching, scuffing, surface paper loss, excess material on the back from a piece of tape, corner, edge and general wear.
