Vintage, Dupont Blasting Machine - mining detonator for dynamite!  Model CD-48.  Buttons move, Instructions inside.
Untested - haha......   Manufactured by Rowan Controller.  Aluminum box.  We opened it up so you can see the contents of the inside.   Previous owner removed the batteries. I was told the hardware is all in the zip lock bag that is now inside the box.  This is HEAVY - over 21 pounds without the box and packing material!   Vintage condition, with the expected patina -
